Exercise can be fun, low stress, and something you do every day! There will be a warm-up, developmentally appropriate games, skills and drills, and kid-friendly nutritional information. You’ll leave sweaty, smiling and smarter!
11:00am – 11:45am: Express Yourself with Dance – former NFL cheerleaders
Join former NFL cheerleaders in an awesome hip hop dance routine that’s easy to learn and a fun way to exercise!
12:00pm – 12:30pm: Motivational Keynote & Healthy Lunch Provided
12:30pm – 1:00pm: Yoga Stretch – Jackie Camborde
Youth-focused yoga, stretching games and poses, plus relaxation and stress reduction techniques.
1:30pm – 2:00pm: Passport to Wellness and Operation Military Kids Month of the Military Child Celebration
