FitnessFest BASH is a full day of fun workouts from top national trainers. YOU – the fitness enthusiast – are invited to come out sweat with best! Over 10 trending fitness formats will be sampled as we kick, jump, dance, squat, and move together. Bring your workout buddies!

7:00AM - 8:50AM: HIIT + Muscle + BARRE HIIT with Mountainside Fitness Trainers Jennifer Owens & Julie Whitman

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a method of repeated bouts of high-intensity, short duration intervals intermingled with lower intensity intervals of active recovery. w/Jenn Owens

MUSCLE: A full body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density, and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. w/Julie Whitman

BARRE HIIT: This barre format will elevate your heartrate and work on building total body strength and lean muscle mass while adding cardio intervals.

9:30AM - 11:20AM: SudorTaino + Towel Dance Fitness + Country Fusion + Zumba with Program Creators Karla Medina, Thomasa Semman, Elizabeth Mooney and National Master Trainer Cheryl Wu-Hall

SudorTaino – HIIT moves, tribal dance, kickboxing, and yoga-inspired moves help you unleash stress, feel amazing, and own your authentic fitness level.

Towel Dance Fitness – Intensify your dance fitness workout by adding a towel! This format shows you to move those towels with a purpose. The towel keeps you accountable. Hold the towels with respect — no locker room shenanigans! (Maybe a little).

Country Fusion – Country Fusion® is a fitness workout that incorporates country music and dance designed for all levels, ages, and for male and females. Blending country, latin, hip hop, jazz, and swing, this is a total body workout will be your new addiction!

Zumba – We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party for EVERY body!

1:00PM - 2:50PM: Body ConfiDANCE with Creators & EoS Master Trainers Lydia Haskell, Joella Hopkins, Tryphosa Lewis, and Vicki Soliz

This unique dance class is all about bringing out your “SASS” (Style with Attitude, Sensuality and Sexiness)! Our goal is to help ALL people build body confidence in a classy, fun, inclusive way! All shapes, sizes and ages welcome! Each class is cleverly designed to teach you dance moves with different genres of music to showcase your inner beauty! A full routine will be performed at the end leaving you feeling empowered, accomplished and self-confident! Own your “SASS”!

3:20PM - 5:10PM: POUND® - Rockout.Workout. + SOULfusion + Strong Nation + Happy Hour at the Barre with National Master Trainers & Program Creators Daniel Shattuck, Michele Park, Michelle Lasiter, Cheryl Wu-Hall, and Tricia Madden

POUND® – Rockout.Workout. – Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

SOULfusion – SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment.

Strong Nation – Using only your body weight, STRONG Nation™ will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by original music designed for the workout.

Happy Hour @ the Barre – Why so serious? Barre class was always intended to be fun, much like any good happy hour. In this session, let us learn new ways for creating Happy Hour Barre Vibes with your choreography, your music choices and your communication system. Take away new choreography, a new attitude and a whole new approach to assuring your Happy Hour Barre class is true to its name.
