Once you join The Splash, you have a full 30 days to try the membership. If you're not fully satisfied with your experience in the membership, please write to us and explain what you've done so far. If you've given it a legitimate shot and it's not working for you, we want to help you! If, for some reason, the tips and suggestions we bring to you through The Splash aren't working, we'll work with you to figure out what is going to make things better. If we're still not able to help, you qualify for a pro-rated refund of the remaining term of your membership. NOTE: You have to actually participate in the activities of the first month of your membership in order to qualify for a refund.
