THE LOCATION

Ability360’s Sports & Fitness Center is one of only a handful of centers in the U.S. specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, AND the ONLY center of its kind in the Western United States! The center provides health, fitness, and recreation programs to military veterans, individuals with disabilities and their families, and also serves as a venue for local, national, and international adaptive sporting events.

DEMO (POOL): INTRO TO SPRINT AQUATICS & BUOYANCY EQUIPMENT

FRIDAY, APRIL 26TH | 4:25 PM – 4:50 PM (POOL)

The Aqua-Ohm is the ultimate piece of drag resistance equipment which can be used for arms and legs and a variety of applications and populations (pre- and post-rehab, athletes, elderly, injured, overweight and many more). Use it for isolated muscle strengthening, core stabilization, functional training, or overall conditioning. It can be used in group settings or 1-on-1, in deep or shallow water, and is capable to enhance just about any water exercise session. Get in the pool to test it out for yourself! (OPEN TO PUBLIC)
