This combination of aqua fitness, balance, and yoga workshop provides an amazing low/no impact workout and a new approach to water fitness. Our feet are our only contact point between the body and ground. By training barefoot, the brain registers strength and stability through our feet, which provides a point of safety and optimal connection. By working with the small stabilizing muscles bones, tendons and fascia of the feet, it will provide flexibility and help to strengthen our ankles, core, and balance. The pool enhances the experience as it provides a safe environment to balance and workout in.
