One Day to Wellness

Our intention for creating One Day to Wellness (our non-profit 501C foundation) is to enhance awareness of what is possible when we are apply evidenced based healthy habits to our lives and how we can then share this new found wealth of knowledge with others so that they too can benefit from the science and research of how to live well.

Our goal is to spark an unconditional desire to promote and serve as a messenger of change and growth. Our journey started with small steps over time and has grown into an abundant garden of knowledge that keeps building on itself. We are coming to you armed with the latest and greatest in unbiased research and information sure to spark the wellness fire.

One Day to Wellness not only offers free resources on our website (recipes, workouts, blogs and tips) but we have CEC certification programs and workshops, t shirts, Seeds of Change cards, and new for this year – aprons Bruce and I have also just completed two books. Mine is the The Plant Powered Penis and Bruce’s is A Plant Powered Approach to Prostate Cancer.
